This women's circle is time of refuge, of sanctuary.

A place where you can take a breath, feel safe, seen, and supported.

During this time we will create a safe and loving container

as we connect with other women in the circle. 

You can share any thoughts, feelings, challenges, that you are facing in the circle.

We will hear you, see you, validate you and share our love and support with you.

I will also share any tools or insights that can help the circle on

our journey of life and expansion.
