Prague, 2018. I'm on stage leading 200 women through a somatic embodiment ritual—the air thick with reverence, vulnerability, and something electric.
For seven years, that was my world. I ran a nonprofit dedicated to women's expression and psychological safety. I worked with UN Ambassadors. I trained in reiki, DBT, inner child work. I became a professional improviser—learning that magnetic presence isn't scripted; it's surrendered.
Then I came home to the U.S. and hit a wall.
I had a decade of credibility, wisdom the world needed—but online? I was invisible. Paralyzed by "shoulds." Spending hours crafting content that felt flat, filtered, not me. The patriarchal playbook of "just post more Reels" felt like violence to my nervous system.
So I disrupted the system.
I stopped performing my way into visibility and started embodying it. I built a methodology that honored my voice, my nervous system, my truth. And everything changed.
